Seniors At Home, a division of Jewish Family and Children’s Services (JFCS)

Seniors At Home provides comprehensive services to seniors and their families who live in Sonoma, Marin, and San Francisco counties, as well as on the Peninsula. We serve people of all faiths and socioeconomic backgrounds. We offer non-medical homecare, geriatric care management, skilled nursing care, palliative care, dementia care, fiduciary services, conservatorship, counseling services, and more.
