Our program adheres recommendations from the Alzheimer’s Association® for incorporating the evidence-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations for Alzheimer’s and dementia, person-centered care, assessment and care planning, activities of daily living, and behaviors and communication.

The first step is a deep dive with you and your loved one to get an intimate picture of their life history, areas of interest and personal preferences. Then our staff of nurses, physicians, caregivers and dieticians work together to use this knowledge to individualize communication, redirect behaviors and reinforce safety, comfort and a sense of well-being.
